One Peak Planner covers a full 90-day cycle — a quarter. It's designed around this timeframe deliberately: short enough to stay urgent, long enough to see real progress. Most customers buy in packs of two or four so they're never without one.

Go Charts are run-chart pages included in the planner. Each day, you plot a single number against a metric you care about — steps walked, minutes of French, cups of coffee — and over time a trend line appears. Go More™ is for things you want to increase. Go Less™ for things you want to reduce. The visual trend lets you course correct or celebrate based on data, not guesswork. Standalone Go Charts are also available as a free download.
